Do you accept returns?

We accept returns on damaged merchandise only, no returns will be processed for any other reason. Damage must be documented and product sent back prior to refund.

Can you tell me when a particular title is available?

Due to a number of factors we cannot give a specific date, but if you sign up for notifications from our website you will receive updates on new releases.

Why is shipping so expensive?

As a small business we do not receive discounts on shipping as the big box stores do, shipping will be higher on international orders or orders to mainland USA. We are located on Hawaii it takes a bit for packages to exit the island and cross the ocean.
